This huge 200 sqm Prague apartment rental is located in the Old Town and can accommodate 15 people in 14 single beds and one sofa bed. This large Prague apartment was recently decorated and comes with plenty of space for more than one family or a large group of friends.

As you enter the apartment you will the living room with coffee table, satellite TV, sofabed and armchairs. The first bedroom comes with three single beds, the second bedroom has three single beds, third bedroom has four single beds, fourth bedroom has four single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave as well as a traditional oven.

Had a lovely weekend in Prague Airport transfer people were lovely and on time. Apartment was good in a nice central position but a bit noisy at night , noise from street echoed up the narrow alleys .Two showers for 15 people was a bit tight had to queue , and the toilets were in the same room as the showers so if you needed you had to wait.Overall our experience of Prague was very good, weather lovely food good and cheap ,drink cheap shopping good .City nice and clean and buildings and architecture lovely.Would go back flat clean and tidy and just what we required for a large crowd we could socialise more than being in seperate rooms in a hotel.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days and 14 days of your arrival: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within the period of 29 and 14 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
