The first floor comprises of the living room, which has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs.

There are also two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and single sofa bed; the other with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower above, and additional separate wc.  The fully equipped kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Stairs lead up to a galleried area, which has a single sofa bed. This area is good for reading/relaxation and is an additional sleeping area. The second bathroom comes with a shower and there are also two large bedrooms on this level, each with queen sized beds and additional sofa beds.

Parking (for 1 car) is available subject to availability (at a charge of EUR 10 per night)
