This cozy, newly renovated Prague holiday apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well kept building in Prague 1. This Prague apartment is 28 square meters and is a perfect base for two people to explore the city. It consists of a combined bedroom and living room, which also features a modern and functional kitchen corner equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove and electric oven, cooker, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen ware, cutlery etc. to make your stay enjoyable. The queen size bed is also a sofa thus making it nice and cozy for watching TV, enjoying a refreshment or just relaxing during the day. The bathroom is modern and features a bathtub and a heated towel rack.

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured). - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
