This quiet 3 bedroomed accommodation in Prague sleeps 8 people in 7 separate beds. Located right in the heart of the centre of Prague, Wenceslas Square is one of the most famous and historically important addresses, with countless restaurants, shops and bars. With the nearest tram and metro stop just steps away, and Old Town Square just a few minutes walk, Museum 1 minute and Opera 2 minutes – this has to be the perfect base to explore all the sights that Prague has to offer

This spacious Prague apartment consists of a living room, kitchen /dining room, three double bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have 2 double beds and a single bed in each), full bathroom and a huge roof terrace, which in summer is perfect for sun bathing, or just for relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing.

The living room has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style providing sofas, coffee tables and a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs

Three spacious bedrooms provide two double beds and single bed in two of the rooms and a double bed in the third.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, with shower above, toilet and hand-basin. There is also an additional toilet which is separate to the bathroom. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided for your personal use.

Stairs lead up and out onto a huge roof terrace, which in summer is furnished with table and chairs, and sun loungers - the perfect place to relax and unwind.

High speed internet access can be provided on request, for a small extra charge.

Parking for one car is available just a few minutes away, subject to availability.

Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.

This accommodation in Prague is situated right on Wenceslas Square in the very heart of the city centre. In a building steeped in history and with Old Town Square just a few minutes walk away, this has to be the perfect base to explore all the sights that Prague has to offer.

The apartment really is in an ideal location for exploring Prague. Located right on King Wenceslas Square and is an easy walk through the pedestrian zone streets to the old square and Jewish Quarter. We had a great orientation to the apartment and felt right at home very quickly. Only negative aspect was the shower. 1 shower for five adults was a bit tricky but made even worse as it leaked onto the floor. Other than this would highly recommend the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
