Prague rental description
This charming studio Prague apartment is situated in the heart of the historic old city, in Hastalska street. This Prague apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The windows are facing a gallery pointing towards a quiet courtyard where you’ll find a little café. This apartment consists of a spacious living area with a large double bed. There is also an additional sofabed, where you can relax in front of the TV/dvd or listen to your favorite Cd. One extra person can sleep here.
The kitchenette is separated from the living room, and here you’ll find a coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, electric hub, and of course basic cooking equipment and all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and a hair dryer. There is WiFi in the apartment

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured). - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
