This apartment in Prague comes with two bedrooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen, two bathrooms, utility room and terrace.

General facilities: fully air-conditioned, security door, electric stores, alarm, Internet, Astra satellite connection, hair dryer in each bathroom, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), washing machine and ironing facilities.

Note: The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Lower level: 

First bedroom: double bed (anti-allergy mattresses), pull-out sofa (allows additional sleeping), night tables, reading lamps, double sided oval makeup mirror, chest of drawers, flat screen TV (LED - New generation), docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices.

Living room (massive teak furniture): large leather sofa (allows two additional sleeping), coffee table, home cinema and large flat screen TV (LED - New generation).

Dinning corner (massive teak): dinning table & chairs.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, coking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

First bathroom: walk-in shower (with automatic temperature adjustment), washbasin, liquid soap, three towels (big, medium & small), mirror, toilet, heated towel bar and floor heating.

Terrace: table and chairs.

Upstairs: 

Second bedroom: double bed (anti-allergy mattresses), pull-out sofa (allows additional sleeping), night tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers, double sided oval makeup mirror, storage space, flat screen TV (LED - New generation), docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices and desk.

Note: This bright split-level two bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a completely renovated building with a new lift. The lower level consists of living room with fully fitted open space kitchen and terrace access, bedroom, and shower bathroom with toilet. The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there is the second bedroom with study area, bathroom with corner bath tub, and storage room. The apartment boasts high quality materials, wood floors and wood beams.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

We can arrange a welcome pack, especially convenient if you are scheduled to arrive after hours when supermarkets are closed. Please note that our apartment includes a supply of sugar, salt and pepper in grinders, coffee and tea bags. You can order your choice of welcome pack with basic food and beverage when completing an inquiry for accommodation. You will pay the real cost of the welcome pack + 10 EUR for the delivery.

Full service housekeeping every 4 days (included in the price).

Additional housekeeping (only cleaning) available for 25 EUR.

Free of charge baby-cot on request.

Children up to 3 years - free of charge.

20% mark-up for 1 or 2 night stays. Must be confirmed by our reservation department.

Check-in is at 14h00 and check-out is at 11h00.

Guests can check-in starting at 14h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night.
