This Patong accommodation comes with a bright and meticulously decorated living room with plasma flat screen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony Playstation II and an American pool table. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and amenities you need to prepare your delicious meals.

The villa features 5 spacious queen size bedrooms and 5 en suite bathrooms each with a shower. The villa also benefits from having Wi-Fi internet connection and a swimming pool.  The 14 metre, infinity edge pool is the only thing that sits between the Villa and the view. You can lie by the pool or on the teak sunbeds, or sit in the pool with the spa jets massaging your back. It just doesn't get any better than this.

This Patong Phuket villa is situated on the hill at the south end of the beautiful Patong Beach. The villa is set just near the beaches and is within easy reach to most of the famous tourist places in the city.

Your rental includes breakfast, 1 complimentary case of soft drinks and 1 case of Heineken on arrival. Complimentary bottled water during your stay. All other Thai meals can be prepared by your personal Thai chef at cost. If you desire a poolside seafood bar-b-q with imported steak and lobster, we will buy it at the market, prepare it to your taste and charge you only what we paid.

  • Within 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 60 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
