Managed services are offered to guests and the villa is very centrally located on the island within the grounds of the two stunning, par 72 Red Mountain and Loch Palm golf courses.

Features of this Phuket villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma tv with integrated sound system and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided.

Open daily from 9am to 6pm - the helpful management office staff are here to answer any questions that you might have on the villa and Phuket in general e.g. golf arrangements, what to see, where to eat, how to get to the beach etc. The team will also be happy to deal with any issues regarding the villa and are there to help make your holiday in Phuket as relaxing as possible.

In addtion to having two world class golf courses on site, that you and your family could need from the famous beaches, Phuket town and Patong, to international shopping retailers, Thai temples and diving and fishing trips are all within 15 minutes drive of the villa.

Jump in a speedboat from Phuket and you can be taken snorkelling, diving, or to just enjoy a day lying on the beach and having lunch on one of the many stunning tropical islands in the Andaman Sea.

The villa is located just 15 mins from both Patong and Phuket town.

• • More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable
  • Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
