Located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach, this holiday Villa in Phuket has all the convenience you need for a fantastic holiday. Villa Paradise comprises of 5 master bedrooms, each with their private bathroom and magnificent views over Patong Bay and beyond.

The master lounge, complete with stereo and DVD, sits at pool level providing BOSE poolside sounds to accompany the fantastic views. The downstairs entertainment room is equipped with a 60 inch plasma flatscreen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony Playstation II as well as an American pool table, making it a great party room or that stay in day retreat.

All other Thai meals can be prepared by your personal Thai chef.

Complimentary food: Daily Breakfast (American or Continental style) / Thai Meal, Lunch and Dinner in our menu at cost, some snack on arrival / BBQ or Seafood on request at cost from the market and cooking for you without charge.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
