This holiday villa in Phuket on the gentle slopes above fabulous Kata Beach. This Phuket villa is fully serviced with a full time chef, housekeeper and pool man/gardener.

The chef will cook all your favourite Thai dishes for you, she will purchase all your food at the market, fresh fruit, and croissants etc every morning and prepare it. The cost of breakfasts are included.

The private infinity pool with built in JACUZZI is on the first floor with magnificent views of the Ocean and Sunset. Just the place to enjoy those Sun-downers! All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning , fans and its own private terrace.

The master bedroom of this Phuket holiday villa has a four poster bed, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower, large double JACUZZI bath and twin wash basins set in a black granite marble worktop.

On the first floor there is a magnificent sun terrace with west facing infinity pool. This pool is very secluded from other properties. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player in the luxurious lounge.

An excellent personal cooking service is provided with the villas. This includes complementary delicious breakfasts at any time before 11:00am. A typical breakfast would consist of fresh fruit, juices and smoothies, freshly-baked breads and pastries and bacon and eggs.

Other meals can be organised at your convenience by simply informing the housekeeper, who will be happy to guide you through the menu selection.

This holiday villa in Phuket is situated in a quiet area in the gentle hills behind Kata Beach. The villa is detached with a massive cut limestone wall and remote controlled gates. There are wonderful views from the sun terrace and infinity pool of the Sunset and Ocean over beautiful Kata Beach.

Kata Beach is a popular year round vacation spot for families. It is a long curved beach with plentiful sun loungers and beach vendors to cater for the crowds. By day, relaxation , massages and watersport are the main drawcards on the white sands of Kata Beach . Snorkellers can also venture further out to Ko Pu - a small island offshore with several reefs on the way.

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured).
Cancellation Policy

More than 6 weeks: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 6 weeks prior warning, no refund of the deposit is given

Within 6 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 weeks of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
