One long block from spectacular Karon Beach, this Phuket villa rental is an intimate, private home. This Phuket villa is perfect for those who want romantic privacy, but also desire easy access to the beach, dining, shopping and night life. This two bedroom, three bathroom villa is a tropical delight.

This Phuket villa is for short-term rental and offers a large living and dining space that opens out to a lovely deck and private pool. Opposite the U-shaped deck are two spacious bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. All rooms in this Phuket villa have glass walls facing the pool that open completely, providing an open-air atmosphere. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub with sliding full size windows that open on to the pool.

The furnishings are traditional Thai using native materials from throughout the country.

This Phuket villa is located in a small, private development at the base of a mountainous, jungle area. It provides a lush, secluded environment but is a mere two minute walk to charming restaurants, spa facilities and every other vacation amenity you may crave.

Karon Beach is the second largest of Phuket's principal tourist beaches and features an incredibly long stretch of squeaky white sand and is less hectic than Patong but it still offers a full range of facilities, dining and activities. The southern end has a fine coral reef stretching around the small headland into Kata Yai and Pu Island. Karon is nicely spread out and has more of a village feel to it.

The villa was perfect for two couples it allowed us privacy from the hustle and bustle of Phuket when we needed it. It was very clean and well presented and we loved it. Location was ok but could have been slightly closer to the beach.I would definately reccomend for families or two couples.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
