This spacious beautifully appointed rental Phuket villa boasts in excess of 1,700 sqm of luxury living space, with a magnificent infinity-edged pool with an additional 800 sqm of gardens and terraces, making this holiday retreat ideal for families and large groups. This Patong Villa was completed and furnished in late 2009 to an amazingly high standard. Now officially the biggest holiday villa in Phuket, the villa was specifically designed to provide a more personal feeling of comfort, yet well balanced with the blend of an open-planned fresh atmosphere. This self contained villa has 9 large ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, with no group too small, staying with us at Reuan Thai villa you will effectively have your very own 5 star hotel ! The large 20 x 6 meter (2.5 meter deep) infinity edge pool is provided for your enjoyment, complete with fully staffed pool bar, oversized sun lounges and outdoor shower. Simply sit by the pool enjoying the sea views, or relax in the Jacuzzi. The villa comes complete with 2 living rooms on 2 separate levels. The 1st is on the ground floor upon the entrance to the villa, here you will find a bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, an American size pool table and satellite TV with plenty of seating and a computer and printer. The 2nd living room on the top floor which enjoys panoramic sea views, with ample seating and state of the TV and sound system. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Phuket rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Phuket. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable
Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client. - Why book with us?
