This Phuket Villa offers wonderful sea views of beautiful Patong Beach. This modern Phuket villas is in a great location, only 5 minutes from beaches, shopping, dining & the night life of Phuket.

Located high in the hills on the south end of Patong Beach. This Phuket villa comes with 5 master bedrooms, 2 level swimming pool, games room, gymnasium, HIFI, broard band PC internet, dining area and living room, all offering magnificent views over Patong Beach whilst enjoying peace and quiet with absolute privacy.

The large free form swimming pool is on 2 different level with panorama sea views. There are outdoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating around the villa. We set equipments for daily exercise, pool table and table tennis for your free day, perfect meeting place or that rainy day escape.

Pra-Nang Villa also has 2 full time staff catering to your every need. Breakfast is provided, airport transportation, complementary soft drink and Singha Beer on arrival. All other additions, thai or international meals, BBQ seafood will be at your own personal expense.

The location was just amazing.The house was always clean.All the staff are wonderful people.They couldn't do enough to help us in any way. Fantastic cooks.100% happy with everything.When I had to leave I felt like I was leaving my family behind.Will be booking again to stay at Pranang. 10 out of 10 stay.

The villa was absolutely wonderful, beautifully cleaned each day (whether it needed it or not!). The added amazing bonus was the wonderful chef - after a few days of eating out we decided to eat in and could not have been more pleased. Fantastic seafood, curries, anything we wanted. Much better quality than what we were paying for in Patong and so much cheaper!We were initially a bit concerned about the location being at the top of the hill however this proved to be a hidden bonus - a leisurely stroll down to Patong or another beach and a tuk tuk back if we weren't up to the uphill climb. Nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Patong but with a wonderful view over the bay.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
