The place we rented was beautiful and the service was too! No issues at all with that. On the downside it's slightly out of town (not a bad location) so everytime you wanted to go into two to party you had to pay like 100+ Bht for a 2 minute cab ride which was a bit annoying. That said, if you are looking for a high-end villa in Patong Beach, this is it! Great views and sunsets!!!

Explaining my holiday experience while staying in the beautiful villa in Phuket has become the most difficult part of my holiday. The Villa as well as the friendly and professional service I received is far beyond anything I have ever received in any 5 star resorts! I would highly recommend the Holiday Velvet experience to anyone and I will be using the service again! I just hope that time will enable me to do so many times again.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
