This holiday villa in Phuket is constructed in a "U" shape form around the 56 square meter pool (7 x 8 m) with six person. The pool of this Phuket villa also has Jacuzzi and large sundeck equipped with sun loungers and tables.

The holiday villa comprises of two buildings, the main building with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen.

The second building houses the two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms of the villa have direct access to the pool.

There is a separate maid`s quarters in the villa, with own bathroom which can also be made available with the rental if required. Laundry area and storage facilities are situated at the back of the villa. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. Staff are on site 8am to 5pm, 6 days a week and a security guard is on patrol during the night.

This holiday villa in Phuket is located in the southern part of Phuket, Rawai was first "discovered" by King Rama VII in the 1920s and is Phuket's longest-established beach resort. With the emergence of Patong and Karon, the area probably hasn't changed much over the years. The beach is lined with open-air seafood stalls and restaurants for casual dining under the shade of the casuarina trees.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
