This Phuket villa is located in the heart of the Banyan Tree Golf course, offering you a view of landscaped gardens around the golf course from your poolside sala. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and study room on two levels. All bedrooms are upstairs, separating all activities that may occur from your living area.

This Phuket villa is entered through a carport that fits two cars. Entering the villa, you will encounter a cozy study room on your left hand that could also turn into a second living room. There is an open plan living and kitchen area in the middle of the house, where a dining table for six and sofa seating 6 are placed. All is surrounded by tall glass windows, overlooking the swimming pool and the sala beside. There are two sets of tables for 4 available by the pool for those who wish to spend the rest of a day under a warm sun as well.

On the second floor, the second and third bedrooms have been designed to share a bathroom while the master bedroom is en suite with a shower and bathtub. In addition, each room has its own balcony.

The Phuket villa is located on Bang Tao Beach. North of Surin, on Phuket's west coast, Bang Tao is a large open bay with one of Phuket's longest beaches and offers a long stretch of duvet soft, white sand beach. The area has been carefully developed with no high rise buildings and lots of landscaping. Bang Tao is also home to some of the island's best antiques and artifact shops, local low key restaurants and water sports areas.
