This holiday villa in Phuket was designed by the renowned architect of the Amman Hotel Group, Jean Michel Gathy. This Phuket villa sits on a rock point at the end of a peninsula overlooking Kamala Bay and the Andaman Sea with 275 degrees views. It is a true tropical oasis.

Owned by the owner of a group of art galleries, this holiday villa is for short ter,m rental and is like a museum. Each bedroom is housed in separate Thai pavilions and decorated with antiques and a collection of a prominent artist from Vietnam. The bathrooms of this Phuket villa are spacious with sunken stone bath tubs built-for-two in the master suites.

There are 6 staff when fully rented, all in uniform. The head of the villa speaks English and is also the head chef versed in both Thai and Western cuisine. Lunch or dinner and welcome drinks are complimentary on your first day of arrival. Your own menu can be organized each day as well. Selection of wines is also available at very reasonable price.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
