This accommodation in Phuket is located on a hill with stunning views over Surin beach and BangThao bay. It is a privately owned three bedroomed Thai style villa.

This Phuket villa has two living rooms, dinning room, study/fourth bedroom, large swimming pool, sala and well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with an outside double granite bath.

The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters and has an infinity effect and bar + bar stools. Two maids also come with the rental.

Surin lies just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong. With forested Cherng Talay hills as a background, the area is set around a natural, spring-fed lake. Surin beach with its abundance of water sport activities including some great surfing during the low season is also known as 'Millionaires Row' due the the top-end Phuket villas that sit proudly on top of the hills overlooking the Andaman Sea. Surin is more like a coastal village with white sand and turquoise water and offers high end restaurants and wine bars in a very relaxed surroundings.

Surin beach is a 15 minute walk away from this Phuket accommodation and has some local restaurant and bars, without being overcrowded.

Surin is 25 minutes from the airport and it is a 15 minute drive to the night life of Patong.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
