This Phuket holiday villa is a recently completed, 6 bedroomed, family villa, located on the south-western tip of the tropical island of Phuket within 3 minutes drive of Nai Harn beach.  This luxury villa, comprising of 550sqm under roof, is set in a private development, situated in a peaceful valley, offering unobstructed views and a tranquil environment for large groups or 2/3 families looking for ideal outdoor living. 

The Villa’s accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, all en suite over two levels, and it can readily accommodate 12 people, depending on the age of your children, and 2 maids. 

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized 4 poster bed, walk-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with stunning valley views. 

A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, and is designed for younger guests needing to be closer to their parents.  The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the lower floor, two rooms having direct pool access. 

Still upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50” flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV, or you can relax or dine outside on the under-cover balcony, taking in the valley views.   

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill. 

The ground floor is split between a two bedroom semi self contained area with its own kitchenette, breakfast bar and living room, boasting its own 50” flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre; and the remainder of the main villa. 

The remaining two en-suite bedrooms in the main villa both have direct pool access.  There is a choice of another-four poster king sized bed, or a sumptuous queen sized bed, all beds having crisp white cotton bed linen. 

Finally downstairs you will find a spacious home gym with cross-trainer and bicycle, and ample space for the kids to play games and escape from the days’ heat. 

The home gym/kids playroom conveniently leads onto the villa’s e-suite maids’ room with bunk beds, having its own independent access from the double carport, and laundry. 

Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and poolside shower, leading to a 11 x 6m infinity edged pool and integral Jacuzzi.  Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining. 

This Phuket villa rental also offers internet access for those people who cannot totally escape, or have to keep in touch with the rest of the world. 

With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks which complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area. 

We would request no-smoking at Emerald Villa, but those guests wishing to do so are please asked to do so outside, with care.
