This Phuket villa, situated at Rawai Beach offers wonderful views of Chalong Bay and combines the luxury and convenience of a 5 star hotel with the homeliness and comforts of a private residence. This Phuket villa reflects the relaxing charm of Northern Thai style and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Set in tranquil private grounds, this Phuket villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with a path-way winding its way around, allowing guests to explore the furthest corners and several quiet cosy retreats.

A spacious living room greets visitors on arrival, with ample seating and dining facilities for twelve persons. Upstairs lies the master bedroom with its stunning four poster bed, oversized sofa, hugh balcony overlooking the bay, and an outdoor sunken spa bath with private massage pavilion.
Step outside onto a sun deck by the swimming pool, fringed with a lotus pond and outdoor Jacuzzi. A magnificent sala beckons, offering spectacular views of Chalong Bay.

Four more bedrooms are situated around the property each with its own bathroom and shower facilities, and fitted with Sony TV. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are adjoining rooms with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, while bedrooms 2 & 5 each have a king size bed and a sunken bath.

The west wing of this Phuket villa houses a large yoga practice studio which accommodates up to twelve practitioners comfortably. It has its own private bedroom facilities for trainer or guest use.

This Phuket villa is located in the southern part of Phuket, Rawai was first "discovered" by King Rama VII in the 1920s and is Phuket's longest-established beach resort. With the emergence of Patong and Karon, the area probably hasn't changed much over the years. The beach is lined with open-air seafood stalls and restaurants for casual dining under the shade of the casuarina trees.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
