This luxury apartment in Phuket is situated on the lowest level, by the beach and pool. It is therefore more suitable for families with younger children who can play outside whilst being overseen. It also includes an office/chill out room with free WIFI internet and a Sony Playstation PS3.

The luxury apartment in Phuket is a stunning bright and airy, 3-bedroomed 282 sq m property. Completed in July 2007 with beach in front and mountains behind. Located in Phuket's exclusive Cape Panwa, your views could not be better. The property commands unobstructed views of the bay and its breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from your bedroom-level balcony or from your spacious patio, over dinner or drinks.

The Master Bedroom is large and has fitted wardrobes, a 42-inch plasma TV and a DVD player. The en suite bathroom has 2 basins, a WC, a shower cubicle and a large bath from which you can enjoy the sea views. Bedroom 2 is also large and has a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has the same size as bedroom 2 and has a fitted wardrobe. Sleeping is for 6 adults. An infant's cot and high chair are available at an additional charge.

The Master bathroom has two pedestal basins, WC, a shower cubicle and a bath from which the views may be enjoyed.

It overlooks the charming Panwa bay where the typical Thai 'long-tail' boats carry out their daily work. The adjoining beach is soft sand and the water is very warm. Due to its location there are many water activities to be enjoyed such as swimming, scuba-diving, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and pleasure boating.
