This luxurious villa in Phuket is a two storey villa and allocates four very large bedroom with three en suite and a separate bathroom for the fourth large bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have balconies over-looking the Andaman sea and the pool. All have air conditioning and ceiling fans. For your relaxation, this wonderful Phuket accommodation provides a private infinity pool with breath-taking ocean views over Patong bay and a splendid garden with sala and water fall.

The main living area has a 46 ins plasma TV with multi channels as do all the bedrooms. The dinning area with marble floors has a large dinning table, It open up on to the pool area and outside sun-deck with plenty of seating for that early morning breakfast.

The Western Style kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons.

The maids quarters are separate from the house. She will be on hand to clean wash and iron your clothes every day. The villa is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature and the night life if wanted is a few minutes away. This will be a holiday of a life time.

The living, lounge room on the lower deck also opens onto the pool area and has a 50inch plasma TV to watch a wide selection of movies or you're favorite sport with family and friends.

The main living, dinning area has a large modern kitchen and seating which opens onto the spacious pool deck for just lazing the day away or improving you're tan on the private deck.

The Villa comes with a minimum of 2-resident maids. The will take care of all your daily needs. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tour and recommendations. But she is more than capable of arranging afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for your party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let us know

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
