Phuket Villa: Baan Samoot Sawan

This holiday villa in Phuket is open plan with floor-to-ceiling opening doors making the whole house an open air terrace. It is luxuriously furnished throughout. This Phuket villas special feature is the rooftop infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets at one end and has spectacular views! It is spaciously spread out over four floors.

The main floor has a spacious open plan living/dining area with spectacular sea views and a dining table for 8. There is a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD and CD player and sound system. Wireless internet is provided.

The modern European kitchen has an oven, 4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and breakfast bar.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Living area and dining area have ceiling fans to help cool the area down in hot season.

Second Floor There are 4/5 bedrooms and one more living area.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and its en suite bathroom has an exceptionally large terrazzo 2 person bath tub, (from which you have views) shower area, (views also) and WC. The ensuite is decorated to give the romantic mood through the room. The master Bedroom has views of the jungle and ocean.

Second bedroom has a king size bed and is also en suite. This room has the views of the jungle, mountain and a bit over Karon Beach.

Third bedroom has twin beds and en suite. There is a TV in this bedroom, best suited for children. This bedroom also has slight views from the window.

Ground floor Ground floor is self contained (with its own kitchenette) making it ideal for two families to be separate and private. There is a separate living area on the ground floor, and one more bedroom.

Fourth bedroom has a king size bed. This also has views and bifold doors leading out to a deck

Second Living Area has a pull out queen size sofa bed. It also has a TV, DVD player, play station 2 with games. This area can be made into another bedroom. All you need to do is close the sliding doors between the living area and the fourth bedroom. It has bi-fold doors all around leading onto a surrounding deck with koi pond of which you also have ocean and jungle views

There is a small kitchenette, including fridge, kettle, and toaster.

They both share separate WC and the beautiful outdoor spa bath area where you can watch the stars or gaze openly at the view.

There is also a washing machine.  

The rooftop terrace is fully decked with sun lounges and has an infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets. There is a barbeque up on the rooftop, an ideal spot to sit and watch the sunset while sipping your favourite drink.

Private off road parking in separate 2 vehicle carports large enough to accommodate any motor vehicle plus 4 or 5 motorbikes.

Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk away from this holiday villa in Phuket while the fabulous 5km Karon Beach is a quick 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk. Karon beach is a long stretch of powdery white sand just south of Patong. The beach is very long so it never feels overcrowded.

The southern point has a coral reef that stretches towards Kata and Pu Island. (great for snorkeling) The watersports activities on Karon beach include, jet skiing, parasailing,banana boating etc. During the rainy season Karon can be good for surfing and you can find surfing lessons by experienced surfers or hire surf boards/boogy boards. Sea turtles are occasional nocturnal visitors, laying their eggs in the sand at night time. You can also relax on Karon beach by hiring a sunlounge with umbrella (reasonably priced) and partake of a massage, manicure/pedicure from one of the many pavillions dotted along the beach! Drink stands are also plentiful on the beach as well as ice cream vendors.

Directly across the street from the holiday villa is the Eden Resort which has a fully equipped fitness centre available for use by our customers at rates that are usually reserved for Eden's members only. All you need to do is let us know that you would like to use their Gym and we will give a voucher so that they can give you the special rates.

There are a number of supermarkets, bakeries and delis in Karon selling every type of Western groceries, good meat for barbecues, cheeses and breads.

1. 30% of rental amount is due upon booking plus £200 breakage deposit regardless of length of stay.
2. The rest is due 6 weeks before arrival, except for peak season when the balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
