A unique feature of the Games Room is the viewing windows into the swimming pool, so you can see the underwater action as you relax downstairs!

Our large, fully equipped gymnasium has everything you need to keep you fit and feeling energized - with treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer, multi-gym, as well as yoga mats, medicine balls, skipping rope, punch bags, and free weights. The gym is fully air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom.

With 3 full-time staff catering to your every need, all Thai meals inclusive, airport transportation and even a late-model 4WD for use during your stay, this villa offers you a complete holiday so you can just relax and enjoy yourself.

Villa Sabai was fantastic. It was clean ,well maintained, and the service was excellent. We felt like we were rock stars! The location could have been closer to the beach maybe?, but we knew before we went where the villa was. Our holiday was so relaxing and the food was excellent! There were 11 of us and we all loved it ,thanks holiday velvet!

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured).
Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
