This luxuriously furnished 3 bedroom vacation villa in Phuket is open plan with floor-to-ceiling opening doors making the whole house an open air terrace. The residences command spectacular views of the Karon beach and headland and enjoy magnificent sunsets views over the bay.

Enter the vacation villa on the main floor with the hall, separate WC and pantry off, there is a spacious open plan living area with fantastic sea and forest views, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas with a large teak dining table for 8 and an entertainment area with a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, IPOD connection, DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround sound.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a king size bedroom suite overlooking the bay and forest through floor to ceiling opening doors. The second en suite bedroom with king size bed has similar views and the third bedroom with two twin beds is also ensuite and has jungle views. All bedrooms are air conditioned and other living areas have fans.

The 30 sq.m. infinity swimming pools on the roof terraces are partially shaded by pergolas and have wooden decking with areas for sun lounges, barbeques and entertaining. There are stunning 360 views of sea and forested mountains from these roof pool areas.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Living area and dining area have ceiling fans to help cool the area down in hot season.

Private off road parking in separate 2 vehicle carports large enough to accommodate any motor vehicle plus 4 or 5 motorbikes.

Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk away from this vacation villa in Phuket while the fabulous 5km Karon Beach is a quick 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk. Karon beach is a long stretch of powdery white sand just south of Patong. The beach is very long so it never feels overcrowded.

The southern point has a coral reef that stretches towards Kata and Pu Island. There are not as many watersports activities on Karon beach as in Patong or Kata. During the rainy season Karon can be good for surfing but dangerous for swimming due to the large waves and strong rip currents.Sea turtles are occasional nocturnal visitors, laying their eggs in the sand at night time.

Directly across the street from the holiday villa is the Eden Resort which has a fully equipped fitness centre available for use by our customers at rates that are usually reserved for Eden's members only. All you need to do is let us know that you would like to use their Gym and we will give a voucher so that they can give you the special rates.

There are a number of supermarkets, bakeries and delis in Karon selling every type of Western groceries, good meat for barbecues, cheeses and breads.

1. 30% of rental amount is due upon booking plus £200 breakage deposit on arrival, regardless of length of stay
