This Phuket villa is a modern 2 bedroom villa laid out on 2 spacious floors set in a gated and walled environment. A private beach area in a lush garden setting is perfect for lounging and refreshment. The large, colonial-style bay windows in every room bathe the villa in sultry sunlight and open outward to catch the temperate ocean breezes. At high tide the water is good for snorkeling right in front of the Villa out to a protected reef. At low tide, the beach is rocky and exploring the reef is best done with old sport shoes. No jet ski, no beach sellers, no hassle. This Villa is all about the beach and outdoor living. The big outdoor jacuzzi for up to 12 people are right outside your lounge and the only thing between you and the beach - all yours to enjoy. Surrounding the jacuzzi are modern pool recliners and beach towels as well as a range of seating options at the jacuzzi sala. There are several comfortable areas for relaxing. The expansive living room overlooks the beach area, with a front row view over Patong Beach. It is well-appointed with a 32-inch LCD TV and DVD player as well as Satellite TV. The living room segues conveniently to the open plan dining room and kitchen which provides seating for up to 6 persons. The western-style kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences you may require during your holiday: stove with oven, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator; complete with plates, glasses and cutlery. A well-trained local chef can also be provided, if you would prefer, to prepare simple or extravagant meals for your group. You will feel at home in the villas well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom occupies the entire Second floor for your indulgent solitude. A big outdoor sala and with en-suite bathroom that your intimate moments will offer luxurious privacy The ample, King-bedded second bedroom is on the main floor and is drenched in wonderful morning light due to east-facing windows, 2 extra beds can be provided on the main floor making the Villa suitable for 6 people. More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 20% of the deposit will be non-refundable
Within 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 60 days of the rental period, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental amount
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full.
