This Phuket villa rental offers two large master bedrooms with full in-suite bathrooms - one with a Jacuzzi - one guest bedroom with an in-suite bathroom. All bedrooms include a television with DVD and CD player. Both master bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Our stay at Baan Kalim View was outstanding. From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the quality of the accommodation, the views over Patong Bay, the cleanliness and the warm welcome we received from the caretaker, Koon Phar. It was only a short taxi or tuk tuk ride to the centre of Patong so the location was perfect, just out of the hustle and bustle. The crystal clear swimming pool and immaculate grounds made our stay here an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this property to any one considering visiting Phuket.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
