Nestled in the center of the development, next to the gym and club house, this spacious 4 bedroom villa rental is entered either through the car port area or the front gates. The car port has been converted into a relaxing roadside lounge area for added effect.

The swimming pool is located towards the front of the house as you enter the property and has a sala with reclining cushions for afternoons of poolside enjoyment.

The living room is divided into an entertainment and dining area with open plan kitchen. The high wooden ceilings in the dining area allow for air-conditioned dining or open air lifestyles.

All bedrooms are ensuite and air conditioned with one bedroom adjoining the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to dine at home self catering or home delivery

This beautiful holiday villa in Phuket is located near Surin Beach. Surin lies just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong. With forested Cherng Talay hills as a background, the area is set around a natural, spring-fed lake.

Surin beach with its abundance of water sport activities including some great surfing during the low season is also known as 'Millionaires Row' due the the top-end Phuket villas that sit proudly on top of the hills overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Surin is more like a coastal village with white sand and turquoise water and offers high end restaurants and wine bars in a very relaxed surroundings.
