This vacation villa in Phuket offers ample space for everyone in the party. On the ground floor, the private garage gives access to the pool deck and the garden, large enough for parents to play ball games with their children. This area also plays host to family BBQ's or under cover outdoor dining.

The top floor of this Kata Beach rental is designed with a spacious open plan living in mind for more conviviality. A modern fully equipped kitchen with island opens out to the large living area which comprises a large teak dining table sitting six which then opens out to a large balcony; the lounge area makes for a wonderful place to relax out of the sun with 42 inch LCD television, DVD and stereo system.

On the first level is the master bedroom with a large balcony & oversized bed that offers views over Kata bay from both the bedroom and the large en-suite with Jacuzzi. The master suite is also equipped with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite television connection. Two smaller bedrooms complete the bedding arrangement. Both have queen sized beds with adjoining bathroom which they share.
