This two bedroom holiday apartment in Phuket is located on the ground floor of the Club Lersuang apartment complex. Located within 200 meters of Bang Tao beach, it is available for long term and holiday rentals.

This Phuket Holiday Apartment is in a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.

The Club Lersuang Delux apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All Deluxe are 125 square meters in size.

The master bedroom is located towards the front of the Deluxe with views over the pool. The Bathroom is en suite and shared with the guest bedroom with shower . There is also a guest toilet near the entrance to the Deluxe.

The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers.

The Club Lersuang Delux, listed are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Island Property Services standards for furnishing and services

The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers.

The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet café and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.

North of Surin, on Phuket's west coast, Bang Tao is a large open bay with one of Phuket's longest beaches and offers a long stretch of duvet soft, white sand beach where you will find several of Phuket's best villas. The area has been carefully developed with no high rise buildings and lots of landscaping. Bang Tao is also home to some of the island's best antiques and artifact shops, local low key restaurants and water sports areas.
