The living space of this Phuket vacation apartment flows between indoor and outdoor areas and consists of 336 m2; three bedrooms, open plan kitchen, large dining and living areas, “wrap around” outside balconies. The master bed comes with a separate dressing room and en-suite bath. Air con and fans in all rooms. The villa sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a private outdoor dining area outside the living room facing the swimming pool.

This vacation apartment in Phuket is located north of Surin, on Phuket's west coast, Bang Tao is a large open bay with one of Phuket's longest beaches and offers a long stretch of duvet soft, white sand beach where you will find several of Phuket's best villas. The area has been carefully developed with no high rise buildings and lots of landscaping. Bang Tao is also home to some of the island's best antiques and artifact shops, local low key restaurants and water sports areas.

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, the deposit is non-refundable

Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 45 days of the rental period results in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
