Breathtaking 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms Ocean View condo in the heart of Miraflores. Ocean ,park and city views from every room attained by its wrap around design, with the award winning Parque Raimondi (best in all of Lima)at your doorstep. The condo is located between the lighthouse (El Faro) and the Lover's park (Parque del Amor)within a 2 to 5 minute walk to some of the towns finest seafood restaraunts as well as Larcomar. This is the quietest part of all the Malecons as the traffic is one way only and no combis or busses allowed in this exclusive area.

The main elevator gives you direct access into the foyer. Exotic brazilian teak wood floors and fine porcelanato tile imported from Spain give foundation to the spacious great room with floor to ceiling windows that give one of the most spectacular city and ocean panoramic views in all of Lima. All three bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows as well and are en-suite with the Master boasting a jacuzzi and bidette as well as a walk in closet and private bathroom.
