The Empire Suite is a quality, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self-catering, apartment in a resort style apartment complex in Wellington Street, Perth. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and several hotels nearby and the Swan River foreshore and city centre is only a short walk away.

The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) and has a lagoon style swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-que set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge

The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge, for 1 car.

The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a double bed with a single bunk above in the third bedroom, providing generous accommodation for 7 adults and a cot.

All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers that are washed after every guest stay.

The bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine.

A large balcony looks down over the pool and garden area. An ideal spot for a pre-dinner drink.

There is also a communal lounge, besides the pool, where adults can relax whilst staying close to the swimming children. The pool area has a toilet, shower and changing area.
