The Duchess Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located in Hay Street, Perth. The complex is a secure, hotel style building, with swimming pool and gym. The apartment provides accommodation for 5 adults. A portable cot and highchair are provided free of charge.

The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) and has a heated swimming pool, and a gym.

The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge.

The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in the other bedroom, with a fold out single bed, providing generous accommodation for 5 adults and a cot.

All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers that are washed after every guest stay.

The bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Please note this apartment does not have a balcony
