This Paris villa rental is in a good location to visit both Paris and Eurodisney. This Paris accommodation has been beautifully decorated and maintained. You can relax in tranquil surroundings in the knowledge that the center of Paris is only 15 minutes away by train

There are 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two with twin beds. The extra two people can sleep on a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room is well decorated and furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect for cooking for large groups.

The bathroom comes with a a shower. During the summer months, you can relax on the veranda or in the garden enjoying the wonderful country air.

Ideal for families who want to visit Paris and Eurodisney with children. At a short walking distance from public transportation: only 5-minute-walk from the station RER A which takes you downtown Paris (Châtelet les Halles)in 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
