Very bright and very quiet, fully equipped, the holiday apartment is very chic, warm and comfortable. Located in a beautiful haussmanian building of the end of the 19th century, it is very secure (2 guards, intercom, digicode).

The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room, you can find two wonderful leather sofa, one "Chesterfield", and one big sofa bed for 2 people, a wonderful aquarium, a large TV cable, home cinema "BOSE", DVD player, HIFI, high speed and wireless Internet connection and a telephone with free calls forward many countries.

The bedroom provides a big queen size bed (160x200cm) and contemporary pictures of a french artist on the walls. The beautiful bathroom has nice mosaïc tiling.

Montorgueil district is located in the hearth of Paris and it is one of the most appreciated of the capital. Totally pedestrian and quiete, there is a nice architecture, with 17th and 18th century buildings and also Haussmanian buildings. The district is very secured and its central location is perfect to discover Paris.

You are only to few minutes by walking from wonderful Louvre museum, Beaubourg museum, Tuileries gardens, Palais-Royal gardens, the famous district of the Marais or the mythic St Germain des Près district... Perfectly well connected with a lot of buses and subways (only 50 min from international airport of Roissy Charles de Gaulle and 30min. from the business district of "la Défense"). This a chic and trendy district with young and dynamic population.

You can enjoy the numerous cafés, terraces and restaurants, or outdoor food market of the very animated Montorgueil street.
