The 45 sqm open living room has 2 windows opening onto the balcony and facing the street, and has a door leading directly into the master bedroom. It is furnished with a sofa, dining table for 6 people, coffee tables, couches, chairs, and tables.

The separate fully equipped eat-in kitchen has 2 windows facing an open wooded courtyard. The master bedroom with king-size bed has a fireplace and one window opening on to the balcony facing the street. The second bedroom with queen-size bed has one large window facing an open wooded courtyard and bothbedrooms share the bathroom.
