The apartment was fabulous, albeit a lot smaller than expected. It was clean, modern and spacious enough for the few days we were in Paris. The biggest problem that although it states that it sleeps 4 the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as the mattress was old and thin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but would suggest buying a new sofa bed or at least a decent mattress for it. // Holiday Velvet says: Thank you for your comments, the owner has now replaced the mattress

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. Lovely and modern, great decor, very clean with good facilities (although a kettle would be nice for us tea-loving Brits please!). A very comfortable living area for relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing, good kitchen area, comfortable bed and great shower! The bakery down in the street below has excellent pastries and quiches. The apartment is well placed for the Notre Dame and the Louvre, not far from the river and has good Metro links to sights further afield. There are also a few good little supermarkets nearby to stock up on essentials. Overall I would recommend to friends with no hesitation.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
