This Paris holiday apartment is located on a tiny street with very few buildings in the historic Marais district , a 5 minute walk from the Ile St Louis. This 103 sqm three-bedroom holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a Haussmanien building with an elevator. Step into the elegant corridor, which links all the rooms together.

The 20m² living room has a parquet floor, moldings and two double-glazed windows that provide access to a balcony that overlooks the street. It is furnished with antiques including an 1880's sofa and armchairs and a decorative fireplace with gilded mirror. The living room also provides access to the 14m² dining room and multi-media den, furnished with a sofabed for two people and dining table with chairs. A flat screen TV featuring English speaking channels is available here as well as a stereo and DVD player. Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the apartment.

The 13m² master bedroom has a parquet floor and two double-glazed doors that access the balcony. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed, bedside tables and built-in closets. This room has a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, toilet and two washbasins. The washing machine and dryer are also housed here.

The 12m² second bedroom has a window which overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a Queen bed, a cabinet and a desk. This room has a private bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, toilet and a washbasin. The 10m² third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed in simple French country style with an antique armoire.
