This 70 sqm Apartment rental in Paris is centrally located at the end of a private flourished courtyard. Coming into the apartment we have an elegant veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room, there is a bedroom, on the other side a study.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and its private bathroom including shower/tub, sink and toilette. The study has a desk, TV cable, high-speed Internet connection, and an elegant sofa, which can be converted in two comfortable single beds. The study also has its own bathroom (shower cabin and sink) and a separate room for the toilet.

The apartment offers also a fully equipped kitchen provides 4 gas fire cook top, traditional oven and dishwasher, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, microwave.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 59 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .
