This 80m2 Paris apartment rental is situated on the first floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. This Paris apartment faces a small quiet street and a courtyard, all the windows are equipped with double glazing. The first floor of this Paris apartment rental is fitted with jonc des mer carpet: a small entry hall leads to the living room, a bedroom on the right hand side and a bathroom on the left-hand side. The living room, with three windows (with shades and curtains), is facing the street. This charming room comes with beams and nice pieces of antique furniture: two leather sofas and original 17th century Aubusson tapisserie. It has two wardrobes, a large TV, a stereo system and a DVD player in the cupboard. 1 sofa (folder bed for 2 persons). The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 wide), a wardrobe and two curtained windows facing the courtyard. The bathroom is tiled, with a bath with a handheld showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. On the ground floor of this apartment rental, is the kitchen, a 7m2 guest bedroom and a shower room. The stairway opens out onto the kitchen. It has two windows facing the street, beams, a large wooden bar and a dining table. It is equipped with a small fridge, a dishwasher, an electric oven, four electric burners, a cooker hood, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. On the left-hand side, the guest bedroom is organized like a cabin, with (80 wide) bunk beds and a wooden wall. It has no window. The cabin bedroom is opening onto a tiled shower room, with a wall-mounted showerhead and plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine.
