The apartament exactly as described on the web page. Both me and my wife are very satisfied with the quality of accomodation and the facilities given. Our contact in Paris was very helpful and informative. There were no problems in contacting him.

Location ok, next to the underground station and to the main road,5 minutes to the Canal of St Martin, service excellent, the owner was very helpful, the cleanliness ok, very clean toilet, bathroom and kitchen but not very clean sofa. There was everything we needed.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 night rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
