The correspondence between the owner and me was great. He was on time when we arrived and gave us great advice on shopping, traveling and sight seeing.The accommodation was excellent and very central. We can recommend this place.

The apartment is located in a superb location and is very spacious for 4 adults. It has all the required facilities and gives a very homely feeling. We were very happy to stay at the apartment. The only two not so good points were: 1. The apartment is situated on a busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise during the night. 2. The apartment should be clean once in between, if people are staying for more than 2-3 days. Rest things were just superb.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 night rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
