The apartments is exactly the same like on photoes. We had been met very warm. Apartment located close to metro. Was clean, good for stay and comfortable. If you are limited on money and want to receive nice stay without perfect windowview - it's you variant. Close to apartment a lot of small shops, farmacy.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 night rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
