This charming 50 sqm holiday apartment in Paris is located in the calm 5th district in an old building, close to the Botanical garden and the street Mouffetard. The apartment building is secured with a double code though the area is quite safe.

The Paris holiday apartment sleeps up 2 couples or a family comfortably and a fifth person can stay here, as well. Renovated well in 2004, the Paris short-term rental has an independent central heating, Internet high speed, cable, telephone and a baby bed on request. One of the bedrooms features a king-size bed and the second a queen-size bed. In the living room you will find a sofa and a single sofa bed for the fifth person, as well as a cable TV, DVD player and a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric burners and coffee maker and the bathroom provides a shower.

The building of this holiday apartment in Paris is located in a very alive and touristic district, with two steps of the Botanical garden and the big museum. The "Rue Mouffetard" and the Universities of the Sorbonne, Jussieu and Tolbiac are nearby and the Subway and many restaurants and stores are situated on the ground floor of the bottom of the building.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
