This 65m2 self-contained Holiday Apartment (located on the ground floor of an occupied house) consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with open-plan kitchen and a bathroom.

The Kitchen : Consists of a four-ring gas cooker with a conventional oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric cafetiere, a cupboard and kitchen units.

The Bathroom : In the bathroom there is a large bath/shower, a washbasin, a bidet and WC.

The Living Room : The Living Room area is equipped with a sofabed, a coffee-table, a television with French cable and international channels, a video-recorder and a telephone/answering machine. An ADSL internet connection is available for a supplement of 4 Euros a day.

The Bedrooms : each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe and would comfortably sleep a couple.

The telephone answering machine means that you can be contacted 24/24 and your international telephone calls are free and unlimited from France to North America if you take out the Internet option (4 €/Day).

This Holiday Apartment is situated in Paris’s southern suburb, Vitry-sur-Seine, in a quiet residential area within 10/15 minutes walking distance of the Metro station Villejuif Paul Vaillant Couturier, line 7. The metro journey is less than 25 minutes (from Villejuif Paul Vaillant Couturier station - Châtelet les Halles) to the centre of Paris where you can interconnect to reach any destination within the city and EuroDisney.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
