This wonderful 56 sqm non-smoking, one-bedroom holiday apartment in Paris is situated in the Le Marais area. This Paris apartment is available for short term rental and comfortably sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom, two additional guests on a mezzanine (full bed) and up to two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living room.

This paris apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building and has high ceilings and bare brick walls. The apartment consists of a bright main room with double sofa bed, a wardrobe, writing desk, armchairs, French and English cable TV, VCR, videos, a stereo/CD player and a telephone/fax/answering machine.

The property was everything it was advertised to be - in the heart of Marais district, lot of cafes and nightlife right next to it. Kids enjoyed the lofts in the apartment that added to the charm. Walk to Metroplitain was short and Pompidou center was right next door. Check out neighborhood Boulangerie And charcouterie for the best bread and cured meats you've ever tasted

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
