This 60sqm Paris apartment rental is located in a modern building near Parc Montsouris, one of the most famous parks in Paris and next to la butte aux Cailles, where you'll be able to feel the charm of an ancient Parisian village. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms and is based on the 6th floor with lift. The spacious living room (26m2) gives a clear view at the trees in the Parc. It includes two leather sofa beds (130 x 190), a dining table and chairs for 6 persons ans a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped plates, fridge - freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. Both bedrooms come with a double bed (140 x 200). The two bathrooms come with a shower. Furthermore the apartment has a balcony of 12 sqm, the ideal place for reading, the aperitif or breakfast.

The Paris apartment rental is overlooking Parc Montsouris with its lake and relaxing nature. Close to a shopping street and direct access to the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The Orly bus which serves Orly airport is just 50 m away. Other bus stops are also closet to the apartment with direct access to the Latin quarter, Reunion, Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre, Opéra, Pigalle and Montmartre. Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
