Quantity does not mean quality, therefore this cute, charming 33m2 vacation apartment might be considered the quality, a lovely little jewel in the heart of Paris. This apartment is on the 6th floor of a typical 19th century Parisian building, and it sleeps 2, with eventually an option for 4, as the couch folds out into a bed. It is full of light and has a sweeping open view of the Parisian rooftops, and of the Arts and Métiers conservatory with its 17th century church.

This apartment could not be in a better position in the Marais, just between the markets streets of the Rue de Bretagne and the rue Montorgeuil, both offering a plethora of the typical Parisian shops: butchers, bakeries, cheese shops, fresh fish, as well as fresh fruit, vegetables, and caterers. Bistros and cafés also dote every corner, with terraces full of fashionable Parisians, watching fashionable Parisians pass by. For the shopper looking for unique cloths, many young creators have chosen the Marais, and especially near the rue de Bretagne, for their boutiques.

Antique shops, design, art galleries, good and unique restaurants as well as an assortment of any kind of boutique desired are also easily found.
