This 35 sqm Paris Holiday Apartment in Marais is in a historical quarter of Paris and bears almost all of its pre-revolutionary architecture. The accommodation was renovated in 1981. The building has two security doors with digicode and interphone. This studio apartment provides a sofa bed and a foldown double bed with twin mattresses to sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. The rest of the main room has vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The living room with parquetry floor has three windows overlooking the courtyard and the fountain. The fully equipped kitchen contains electric hotplates, oven, fridge, overhead cupboards, and tiled benchtops. There is a dining table with four chairs and also a modern, tiled bathroom with bath and basin a separate toilet and electric heating.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
